This is the legal agreement between you and Stock Ticker Hats — the rules for using this site and buying from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell
Stock Ticker Hats sells novelty embroidered apparel — hats. Stock ticker symbols, company names, and any market data shown on this site are used decoratively, for novelty purposes only. We are not a financial service, broker-dealer, exchange, or investment product; we offer no financial or investment advice; and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any stock exchange or any company whose ticker symbol may appear as a design.
Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we begin production or send a confirmation — until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if there's a pricing or stock error, if we can't produce the design, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.
Pricing & payment
Prices and shipping are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change over time. The price you pay is the price shown when you complete your order. Payment is captured at checkout through our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Made to order, changes & returns
Every hat is embroidered to order, so production starts soon after you pay. For how production, edits, cancellations, delivery, and refunds work — including the realities of a made-to-order item — see our Returns & Refunds and Shipping pages. Those policies are part of these terms.
Custom designs & your content
For custom-text hats, you're responsible for the text you submit and confirm you have the right to use it. The builder shows a live preview of your design before you buy — that preview is what we stitch. We may decline to produce text that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that impersonates someone else, and we'll refund anything we can't make.
Acceptable use
Use the site for browsing and ordering — not to scrape it at scale, break or probe its security, or misrepresent who you are. The market data and “why it's moving” snippets are for general interest only and may be delayed or imperfect; don't rely on them to make financial decisions.
Intellectual property
Our site design, original artwork, photographs, and copy are ours, please don't reuse them commercially without permission. Ticker symbols and company names belong to their respective owners and appear here only as decorative references; nothing on this site implies a partnership with them.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Our products are sold “as is” for novelty use. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business grows; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. The terms in effect when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
